  New Mindset Works User: Within 15 minutes of receiving your order, the Club will publish a unique Access Code in your Club account that you can use to get your subscription at the Mindset Works website for no additional charge. We'll send you an email when this happens. If you don't get the email, just sign in to your Club account and look on your "My Subscriptions" page for instructions, the Access Code, and a link.

  Prior or Existing Mindset Works User: If you purchased Brainology or Applied Brainology through the Club previously, we will forward your order information to Mindset Works to add your product to your existing account. Please allow up to two business days for this to happen. Mindset Works will email you your access instructions from support@mindsetworks. If you don't get that email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting Mindset Works for help as the Club will not have that information.

• Returns/Cancellations: Mindset Works offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for Brainology as long as you haven't yet started unit 3 (about half-way through the program). Submit your refund request at our Contact Us page. You will receive refund instructions via email and/or phone.
