In Particular:

• Fulfillment: Shipped Materials: will be processed and leave the Bright Ideas Press warehouse within 5 business days (or less) after placing your order. Available US only! For Download Products: Within 15 minutes of order placement, the Club will publish a link and access code in your Club account's "My Subscriptions" page that you can use to download your product(s). We will notify you by email when this is ready. If you don't receive the email, simply sign into your Club Account.
• Shipping: Your order will ship by media mail. The shipping charge will be $6 for orders under $50, $8.50 for orders $50.01-$125, $12 for orders over $125. Sorry - expedited shipping is not available. This GroupBuy applicable for U.S. 50 states only. No Canada or International shipping destinations available.
• Returns/Cancellations: As this is a special group purchase, you cannot back out once you place your order. In order to bring you these great prices, we cannot accept returns or cancellations. However, if the product is defective or damaged upon receipt, you may return it for a full refund (excluding shipping) within 15 days. Submit your return request at our order support page. You will receive return instructions via email and/or phone.
• Service Fee: The Club will charge a one-time, nonrefundable service fee of $1.00 to help cover some of our cost of providing this service.
