This subscription option is for you if you previously purchased a 12-month single student plan through the Co-op and would like to upgrade to a 12-month family plan. You can add additional students in the same household to your CTCMath account for this one upgrade fee.

Note: Your Family Plan will have the same expiration date as your original Single Student Plan.

In Particular:

• Fulfillment:  If you purchased a 6- or 12-month subscription, within 15 minutes of receiving your order, the Club will publish a 100% off coupon code that you can use to get your subscription at the CTCMath website for no additional charge. This happens automatically. Simply sign into your Club account and look for "CTCMath" on your "My Subscriptions" page for instructions and a link.

  CTCMath Upgrade: If you purchased a CTCMath Upgrade, within 15 minutes of receiving your order, the Club will forward your upgrade request to CTCMath. Please allow two (2) business days for CTCMath to upgrade your account.

• Shipping: Not applicable
• Returns/Cancellations: If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a full refund within 12 months of your purchase date. Submit your return request at our Contact Us page. We will cancel your subscription and issue a refund for your purchase price.
