In Particular:

• Fulfillment: Within minutes of placing your order, the Club will publish instructions and a link on your "My Subscriptions" page in your Club account. We will notify you via email when your subscription is ready. If you don't receive the email, just sign in to your Club account and look for "eSpired Library" on your "My Subscriptions" page.
• Returns/Cancellations: In order to bring you these great prices, we cannot accept returns or cancellations. The date you place your order is your "Monthly Anniversary Date". 30-Days after your initial order date, the Club will charge your card on your Monthly Anniversary Date until you cancel your subscription. Every charge is non-refundable. If you want to cancel your month to month subscription, you can do so by logging into your Club Account, and going to your "My Orders" page.
