In Particular:

• Fulfillment: The Club will provide you with access to your Exploros subscription within 7 business days of the date you place your order. We will give you access to your subscription via a link in your "My Subscriptions" page in your Club account. We will notify you by email when the links are available.
• Returns/Cancellations: As it is not possible for you to try out Exploros in advance of purchase, we will honor cancellation requests within 30 days of your order date. Submit your cancellation request at our contact us page. We will provide further instructions, and/or issue a refund less the non-refundable service fee.
• Service Fee: The Club will charge a one-time, nonrefundable service fee of $2.95 to help cover some of our cost of providing this service.
