We love the botanical gardens! It's great to go in Spring and early summer. You can also ask when their favorite times to take people are. They are beautiful with places to picnic. There is space for the children to wander around.

My children love to spend time in the "kitchen garden" that is full of herbs! We really love that there is plenty of space to move around. They are also happy to hold hands-on classes which make it even more worth it!

You can go anytime without having a tour, but a tour is so enriching! This is also a great place for photo opportunities.

The Bellevue Botanical Gardens is a fabulous garden in the heart of Bellevue. There are numerous trails winding through the woody site. Among the many types of gardens are: waterwise, Japanese, Native Plant Discovery, and perennial border.

In December the gardens are transformed into a wonderland of lighted floral displays. The "Garden D'Lites" is a not-to-be-missed experience.
