 | Nicole B., Co-op Member | Binder Park was such a fun experience for our family. The train ride to "Africa" and a chance for the kids to feed the giraffe and so fun. We packed our own lunch and had a picnic out side the zoo at the tables. |

 | Susie H., Co-op Member | While travelling, we visited this zoo. The Africa area was nice with the zebras, giraffes, etc. They also offer giraffe feeding. The other areas did not have as much to offer. The quantity of animals was lacking. |

 | M. Collins, Co-op Member | If you want children to have the opportunity to see animals in their 'natural habitat' I would recommend this zoo. No cement and bar exhibits -- this zoo uses natural barriers (e.g. moats, ditches, bridges) to give you an up close look at the animals in their natural environment. The Africa exhibit is great -- but be sure to check out Swamp Land Adventure and the other parts of the zoo -- where you can learn about local ecosystems, habitats and North American animals. They offer a variety of good and affordable home school programs throughout the year, too. See their website for details. |
