| Description: | The history of the Pairpoint Glass Company dates back to 1837 when the Mount Washington Glass Works was founded in South Boston. William L. Libbey moved the firm to New Bedford in 1870. See a variety of our products being produced daily by our experienced glassblowers at our factory giftshop, near the Sagamore Bridge on Cape Cod. Tour busses welcome! Our artists work Monday - Friday, weekday 9am-6pm, Sat 10-6, Sun 11-6. Our shop is open 7 days a week. |
