In Particular:

• Fulfillment: Please allow 3 business days AFTER your purchase to be given you access to your Labster subscription. We will notify you via email when your subscription is ready. If you don't receive the email, just sign in to your Club account and look under "My Subscriptions" for a link and instructions.
• Minimum System Technical Requirements: Be sure to check the technical requirements to use Labster for High School as refunds/cancellations will not be given:

  • Graphic card: Intel HD 3000 / GeForce 6800 GT / Radeon X700 or higher
  • OS: Latest version of Windows (64-bit), Mac OS or ChromeOS

  • A stable internet connection
  • Labster simulations do not yet run on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
