In Particular:

• Fulfillment: Within one (1) business day the Club will send your order to Brainware Learning Company. Please allow three (3) business days for them to set up your account. You will receive a 'Welcome' email with getting started information. If you don't get the email, please check your spam folder first, before contacting the Club.
• Shipping: Non Applicable.
• Returns/Cancellations: If you are not completely satisfied with LiteracyPlanet, you can request a full refund if you do so within 30 days of the date of purchase. Submit your cancellation request to Brainware direct by calling 877-BRAIN-10 (877-272-4610) or by email. Upon approval, Brainware will contact the Club to process the refund.
• Service Fee: The Club will charge a one-time, nonrefundable service fee of $1.95 to help cover some of our cost of providing this service.
