This order form is for use by members who currently have a Reading Assistant Month-to-Month Subscription and would like to switch to a Reading Assistant One Year subscription.

Please be an informed consumer and carefully read the Terms & Conditions. The T&Cs tell you everything you need to know about this offer. By placing an order, you are agreeing to the T&Cs.

In Particular:

• Fulfillment: Please allow 3 business days AFTER you place your order for us to switchover your Month-to-Month subscription to a One (1) Year Subscription. We will notify you via email when this happens. This offer is open to the US & Canada only!
• Returns/Cancellations: Since you have had a chance to use Reading Assistant, and you are confident that Reading Assistance will work for you, we are unable to honor refund requests. Please be certain that Reading Assistant will work for you before placing an order.
• Service Fee: The Club will charge a one-time, nonrefundable service fee of $3.00 to help cover some of our cost of providing this service.
