• Fulfillment: Within minutes of you confirming your order, the Club will issue you your SmartPoints bonus, and forward your order to Activities For Learning, who will ship your order directly to you from their warehouse within 2 business days. This offer is open to the US & Canada only!
• Shipping: Your order will ship via best method, usually UPS Ground to the continental United States, or USPS Priority Mail to Canada. Orders ship free to U.S. addresses. Shipping to Canada is 17% of the order total; recipient pays taxes and duty. We will notify you via email when the product ships and provide a tracking code. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days thereafter to receive your product in the continental U.S. (Hawaii and Alaska 14-21 business days; 8-15 more days for Canada.)
• Returns/Cancellations: The Club will refund your purchase, excluding shipping expense, when you return the item(s) within sixty days from the date of receipt. Items returned must be in same condition as when purchased. Removing wrapping from the items is acceptable. There is a 20% restocking fee if returned items are not in new condition.
