In Particular:

• Fulfillment: Within one (1) business day of order placement, the Club will forward your order to Sundance Learning for processing. Please allow an additional three (3) business days for Sundance Learning to set up your account and send you a Welcome email.
• Returns/Cancellations: Annual Subscriptions: If you are not completely satisfied with Sundance Learning, you can request a full refund if you do so within 30 days of the date of purchase. Submit your cancellation request at our Contact Us page. Month to Month Subscriptions: In order to bring you these great prices, we cannot accept returns or cancellations. The date you place your order is your "Monthly Anniversary Date". 30-Days after your initial order date, the Club will charge your card on your Monthly Anniversary Date until you cancel your subscription. Every charge is non-refundable. If you want to cancel your month to month subscription, you can do so by logging into your Club Account, and going to your "My Orders" page.
• Service Fee: The Club will charge a one-time, nonrefundable service fee of $2.95 to help cover some of our cost of providing this service.
