• Fulfillment: Within 15 minutes of receiving your order, the Club will publish a 100% off Promo Code that you can use to get your products at the Dynamic Literacy website for no additional charge (excluding sales tax and shipping). This happens automatically. Simply sign into your Club account and look for "WordBuildOnline" or "WordBook Books" on your "My Subscriptions" page for instructions, the Promo Code, and a link.
• Shipping: If buying the WordBuild books, you will have to pay applicable shipping charges to Dynamic Literacy upon checkout at the their website. Your order will be shipped by Dynamic Literacy within one business day via your chosen carrier upon checkout at the Dynamic Literacy website. Shipping charges are based on the total price of merchandise shipped to each delivery address. Standard ground service requires 5-10 business days. Shipping options include Media Mail Parcel and Priority Mail. Carrier options are dependent upon your shipping address and the specific products that you have ordered. Your options will be provided at checkout.
• Returns/Cancellations: Elements Or Foundation Products: If you are not completely satisfied with Dynamic Literacy, you may return merchandise to Dynamic Literacy for a refund within 30 days of receipt. WordBuild Online Products: If you are not completely satisfied with Dynamic Literacy, you may request a refund within 30 days of receipt. Submit your cancellation request at our Contact Us page. for return instructions and an RMA#. Unauthorized return shipments will be refused.
• Service Fee: The Club will charge a one-time, nonrefundable service fee of $1.95 to help cover some of our cost of providing this service.
