In Particular:

• Fulfillment: The Club will provide you with your Zinc Learning Labs school within 3 business days of the date you place your order. We will give you access to your school and instructions on how to register for your Teacher and Student account(s) on your "My Subscriptions" page in your Club account. We will notify you by email when the links are available.
• Returns/Cancellations: As it is not possible for you to try out Zinc Learning Labs in advance of purchase, we will honor cancellation requests within 14 days of your order date. Submit your cancellation request at our Contact Us page. We will refund the cost of the subscription. However, the service fee covers our labor cost of getting you set up in the Zinc Learning Labs system and subsequently removing you, so that is not refundable.
